Arizona came into the off-season with a major need in the circle after graduating both Devyn Netz and Miranda Stoddard. The Wildcats landed a major addition on Sunday with the signing of former Iowa ace Jalen Adams.

Adams is coming off her best season with a 25-6 record with a 2.18 ERA and 130 strikeouts. In 2025, shed ranked second in the Big Ten with 20 complete games and 198.2 innings, meaning she can handle a large workload for the Wildcats in her upcoming senior season.

We are thrilled to welcome Jalen to Tucson after a dominant pitching performance at Iowa this season,” Arizona head coach Caitlin Lowe said via an Arizona press release. “She’s a proven winner and will bring a great deal of high-level experience to our bullpen.”

Arizona also has a commitment from former Indiana pitcher Jenae Berry. They also have four-star Rylie Holder coming in from the Impact Gold Organization.
