Jordy Bahl did Jordy Bahl things on Sunday. The two-way star lifted No. 22 Nebraska softball to a 6-0 win in the rubber match at Washington.

After Nebraska broke the scoreless draw in the fourth, scoring two on a Washington error, Bahl stepped to the plate with two on. She delivered a three-run blast to extend the lead to five. Bahl tacked on her 15th home run of the season with a solo shot in the sixth. She finished the day going 3-for-3 with a leadoff single to open the game as well. Ava Kuszak also had a pair of hits.

Bahl was arguably even better in the circle than at the plate against the Huskies. The righty tossed a complete game one-hitter with a Alycia Flores single the lone blemish. Washington didn’t have a baserunner until the third inning after a walk but was erased after Ava Bredwell caught Sophi Mazzola stealing.

Washington put two runners on in the sixth, one via a wild pitch on a strikeout, but Bahl closed the frame with a strikeout of Giselle Alvarez.

Bahl struck out 11 batters after earning 12 Ks against the Huskies on Friday. She worked around five walks, holding Washington to 1-for-10 with runners on base.

Nebraska returns home to host Maryland, while Washington closes out the regular season at Penn State.
