Who are the best pitchers in college softball heading into April? We dive into the numbers for Softball America’s first in-season position rankings. We also incorporate the eye-test and strength of schedule in our rankings. We broke down our rankings between pitchers and two-way players. Texas Tech star NiJaree Canady has been more focused in the circle lately as she switched to the pitcher-only section. Nebraska's Jordy Bahl takes the top spot in the two-way rankings. A pair of Arizona Wildcats make the cut on the two-way pitchers as well.
