The Softball America Top 25 rankings have a new No. 1 team for the second straight week. The Tennessee Lady Vols rise to the top spot after a sweep of Auburn, their fourth straight SEC series. While Texas A&M won its series against Missouri, voters felt that being run-ruled by the Tigers in the series finale needed to be reflected in their rankings.

Texas, Florida State and Oklahoma round out the top five as the Longhorns and Sooners face off this upcoming weekend. Oregon and Florida both move up in the Top 10 after series wins over UCLA and Alabama. Virginia Tech is a big faller after two losses to Pitt.

Liberty drops out of the rankings while FAU re-enters the Softball America Top 25 rankings.
