What’s the most important thing you’ve learned from a coach?
Simple is big.
How did you get interested in softball?
I played slow pitch 12U in spring 2021. I was not a top player on my team, but after watching college girls on TV that summer in the softball WCWS, I knew that is where I wanted to be. After slow pitch season, my dad and I got to work practicing every single day on the field.
What are your strengths as a player? What are you trying to improve on the most?
My strengths are my speed and athletic ability. I want to improve on ball placement.
What player(s) do you look up to the most?
Aliyah Andrews and Jalia Lassiter.
What are your favorite hobbies outside of softball?
Dancing, exploring nature, track, flag football, and video editing/content creation.
What excites you the most about playing college softball?
Achieving a goal I set out for myself, evolving as a player, and being able to compete against someone just as good as me or better.
