When Megan Bartlett took over the Arizona State program, she was given fragments of a Pac-12 championship roster. It would not be a one-year turnaround to rebuild the team. Even two years felt optimistic knowing All-Americans walked out the door to various programs. While the expectations weren't Oklahoma City or bust, it doesn't mean things haven't been hard in Tempe. A mere five games into the 2025 campaign, the feeling inside Club Farrington has felt different, it's felt fun again. The Sun Devils rallied around Tiare Ho-Ching, who collected her third RBI of the night to secure Arizona State's upset 4-3 win over No. 22 Oregon. As the hard line drive kicked off of Dezianna Patmon's glove at first base and rolled into the outfield, it was a break the Sun Devils haven't got a lot of since Bartlett took over.
