2025 NFL Combine Primer: How to keep up with Alabama players in Indianapolis

Players have made their way to Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, including the annual contingent of Alabama players that will be in attendance this year.

The on-field workouts will begin Thursday, February 27, and run through Sunday, March 2. The Crimson Tide will be well-represented at the annual scouting event with nine players. They will take part in interviews and drills with NFL coaches and scouts prior to Alabama’s Pro Day, which is scheduled for March 19, as well as the 2025 NFL Draft from April 24-26.

Below is a primer for the former Alabama players that were invited, the schedule of events and how to watch the NFL Combine’s always-popular four days of on-field workouts.

Four of Alabama’s players invited to Indianapolis have already received a taste of the NFL draft process with Milroe, Dippre, Smith and Burnip participating in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl. They have already worked out in front of teams and experienced NFL interviews, which will continue once they make their way to the Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.

As is the case every offseason, a lot of eyes will be on the quarterbacks on Saturday, March 1. According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Milroe plans to throw at the combine. Milroe is the fifth-best quarterback in the 2025 class, per ESPN, and No. 6, per CBS Sports.

Moore was also in Mobile, Alabama but did not take part in any Senior Bowl activities due to injury. He and Robinson both missed time this past season but still received Combine invites. Moore told BamaOnLine last month that he was aiming to be back for Combine drills.

Alabama’s nine invited players were tied with Florida for the sixth-most from one school. Ohio State leads all schools with 15, while Georgia and Texas are tied for the second-most with 14. Oregon had 12, Ole Miss and South Carolina had 11 and Miami had 10. Last year, the Crimson Tide had 10 players take part in the NFL’s annual scouting event in Indianapolis.
