Alabama announces dates for 2024 A-Day Game, Homecoming Game
Alabama made two scheduling announcements Tuesday – one for spring and one for fall.
The Crimson Tide revealed that its 2024 Golden Flake A-Day Spring Football Game is set to be played on Saturday, April 13. A lot of eyes will be on the 15th and final practice of the spring as it will be the public’s first view of head coach Kalen DeBoer’s tenure at Alabama.
It will also be a new-look team as 40 players from the 2023 roster, either via the NFL draft or the NCAA transfer portal, have left the program. The Crimson Tide has also added 30 new players, as well as eight new assistant coaches, from both the high school and transfer ranks.

In addition to A-Day, the Tide also announced that its 2024 Homecoming Game is set to be played on Saturday, Oct. 26, against the Missouri Tigers. Alabama is 88-13-1 in Homecoming games and is currently in the middle of a 21-game winning streak in Homecoming matchups.
UA is 5-2 all-time against Missouri and last hosted the Tigers in a Homecoming game on Oct. 13, 2018. The Tide won that game by a score of 39-10. The last time Alabama lost on its home turf at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Homecoming was back in 2001 (35-21 vs. LSU).
Further details about weekend activities for A-Day and Homecoming will be released later.
