After dropping to No. 4 in the AP Poll last week, the Alabama men’s basketball team (20-3, 10-0 SEC) has now climbed back up to No. 3 after beating Vanderbilt and LSU by a combined 67 points last week. Some had wondered if the Crimson Tide could get back to at least No. 2 after seeing Purdue lost to Indiana, but the Boilermakers held onto the top spot.

Still, it was impressive to see the team bounce back after an ugly 93-69 loss against Oklahoma the week before. With the two added wins, Alabama has now crossed the 20-win mark for only the second time under coach Nate Oats. Granted, that 2020-21 team already had six losses by the time it crossed that threshold.

Below, we’ve got the entire AP rankings for the latest top 25.
