Alabama defensive lineman Tim Keenan III was selected to the 2024 Southeastern Conference Community Service Team, the league office announced Wednesday.

The SEC names a Community Service Team for its 22-league sponsored sports, aiming to highlight a student-athlete from each school who gives back to his community through superior service efforts.

  • Has logged nearly triple-digit volunteer hours since joining the Crimson Tide
  • Keenan’s community service includes numerous events in Tuscaloosa and his hometown of Birmingham
  • A mainstay at all Alabama team service events, including Habitat for Humanity builds
  • Regularly volunteers with the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program in Tuscaloosa
  • Hosted a free youth football clinic in Birmingham during the summer of 2024
  • That same summer, Keenan received a proclamation from the Mayor of Tuscaloosa for his work locally
