Alabama football sets kickoff time for Vanderbilt game

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The time for Alabama football’s home game against Vanderbilt on Saturday, Sept. 24 has officially been set. The Southeastern Conference announced on Monday that the game would start at 6:30 p.m. CT and will air on the SEC Network.

All time, Alabama is 59-19-4 against the Commodores. The last time these two teams played, the Crimson Tide went to Nashville and won the game 59-0, pushing the current win streak to 11-straight (two games were vacated).

Before Vanderbilt, Alabama will play a home game at Bryant-Denny Stadium this Saturday against Louisiana-Monroe. That kickoff time is set for 3 p.m. CT and, once again, will air on the SEC Network. The Crimson Tide are currently 49-point favorites, according to VegasInsider.
