“It’s awesome,” Sayin told BamaOnLine. “There are so many elite players that came before me with this Elite 11 MVP. It’s a really exciting feeling. But I’m just excited to be out here. It’s so much fun to be out here in LA with all these guys.”
Sayin earned the No. 1 spot on BamaOnLine‘s top performers list following his outing in individual drills on Wednesday. He was then named the Thursday Pro Day winner by the Elite 11 itself. Sayin went on to finish second in the accuracy challenge (53 total points) and showed off his skill set in 7-on-7 competition on Friday.
“I feel like I showed off both those things — the accuracy and decision-making — in the 7-on-7 portion, ” Sayin said. “Just taking care of the football.”
