TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – No. 4-ranked Alabama (16-3, 5-1 SEC) will welcome LSU (12-6, 1-4) to Coleman Coliseum tonight for an SEC matchup. The Crimson Tide and Tigers will square off at 7:30 p.m. CT, and the conference game will be broadcast live on the SEC Network.

Alabama boasts the No. 1 scoring offense in the country, averaging 90.9 points per game. Since the start of last season, the Tide has scored 100 points or more in 16 games, which ranks No. 1 throughout Division I. Alabama has scored 100 points or more in six games this season, which is the most in Division I this year and second-most over the last 75 years.

During its four-game winning streak over LSU, the Tide has won by an average of 22.0 points. LSU has scored 50 or more points in seven halves this season. Cam Carter ranks seventh in the SEC in scoring (17.6 ppg) and fourth during SEC contests (19.4). Carter is shooting 90.3 percent from the free-throw line, second in the SEC and 20th in the nation.

Reid to miss fourth straight game

Senior guards Latrell Wrightsell Jr. (Achilles) and Houston Mallette (knees) were both listed as out and will not play against the Tigers. Alabama true freshman forward Derrion Reid, listed as questionable on yesterday’s initial report, is also out due to a lower-body injury.
