Earle is an ultra-talented receiver who rated as a high four-star prospect coming out of high school in 2021. According to the On3 Consensus rankings, he was the nation’s No. 44 overall player, No. 6 receiver and No. 9 player from the state of Texas.
Unfortunately, injuries cost him a large percentage of his first two seasons in Tuscaloosa.
As a freshman, Earle was listed as a co-starter for the opener against Miami in 2021. He saw action over the first six games of that season, collecting 12 catches fo 148 yards, but a leg injury against New Mexico State caused him to miss the remainder of the regular season. He was able to return for the Cotton Bowl against Cincinnati, however.
During this past offseason, there was buzz that Earle had taken a big step forward in his development. That was until a foot injury derailed his start to the season. The 5-foot-10, 177-pound receiver was forced to miss the first month before returning on Oct. 1 against Arkansas.

Earle slowly saw his playing time and usage pick up for the remainder of the season, but after averaging 37.2 snaps in a five-week span, he only got 10 against Auburn in the Iron Bowl. I mentioned after the game that I saw him walking with a slight limp, so it could’ve been another lower-body injury. That has not been confirmed though.
In the eight games Earle participated in this season, he turned 12 of his 14 targets into 155 yards receiving and two touchdowns. That gives him 24 catches for 333 yards and two scores during his two years at Alabama. Hopefully, he’ll be able to stay healthy at his next destination.
