Alabama basketball has a monster non-conference matchup on deck with Purdue this coming season. The game will be played on Thursday, Nov. 13 in Coleman Coliseum, Alabama’s NIL collective Yea Alabama announced today.

The tipoff time for the game is still TBA.

This is the return game of a home-and-home between these two teams that started last season, when Purdue beat Alabama 87-78 inside Mackey Arena on Nov. 15. It’ll be the third year in a row these teams have met after playing in Toronto, Canada during the 2023-24 season, a game Purdue won 92-86.

Alabama’s non-conference schedule for the 2025-26 season is brutal, as is the expectation under Nate Oats. Last week the date was set for a matchup with Arizona in Birmingham on Dec. 13. Other games include a matchup with Illinois in Chicago, three games at the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas, and a TBD opponent in the SEC/ACC Challenge.

The Crimson Tide roster is still in limbo during transfer portal season, currently with three open roster spots after four transfer portal exits and one early NBA Draft declaration.
