Dates for Alabama's 2025 football schedule announced
The Southeastern Conference announced the 2025 football schedule and dates for all 16 member schools on Wednesday night, including Alabama entering the second year under head coach Kalen DeBoer.
Coming into the night, Alabama’s opponents were already known. The Crimson Tide will open the season on the road at Florida State on Saturday, Aug. 30, as Week 1 falls on its typical Labor Day weekend. That game is the start of a home-and-home series.
The schedule also includes the conclusion of a home-and-home started this past season, as Wisconsin will come to Tuscaloosa on Sept. 13.
All SEC schools will have the same conference opponents in 2025 as they did in 2024, but with the home and road locations flipped. That means Alabama will have home games against Tennessee, LSU, Oklahoma and Vanderbilt, with road games against Georgia, Auburn, South Carolina and Missouri. Three of those home games are chances to avenge the Crimson Tide’s three regular season losses from 2024.
