Photos: Alabama football returns to practice field on Monday
The Alabama football team returned to the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields on Monday afternoon for its second practice of the spring. The two-hour session was held outdoors in spider pads after a nine-day layoff for Spring Break.
With the annual Golden Flake A-Day Game less than a month away, there are only 12 practices remaining to get things on the right track heading into the summer. Whether that’s conditioning, determining a certain pecking order at a particular position or something else entirely.
Below, we’ve put together some of the top photos from Monday’s practice. That includes great action shots of outside linebacker Will Anderson, defensive back Jordan Battle, head coach Nick Saban and several more key members of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Enjoy.

For those interested, we’re also including practice footage from Monday’s session.
