How to watch, listen to No. 6 Alabama at No. 5 Tennessee

No. 6 Alabama has gotten back on track with two straight wins, carrying its win streak into a difficult game in Knoxville for a monumental matchup with No. 5 Tennessee on Saturday afternoon.
It will be the first time these two teams have met this season, holding immense importance for the Crimson Tide’s seeding possibilities in the SEC and NCAA tournaments. Alabama currently holds a league record of 12-3, sitting alone in second place. A win would go a long way in furthering its chance to earn a double bye in the SEC Tournament, and help its resume to be a 1-seed in the NCAA Tournament.
The Vols enter this game with a 10-5 record in SEC play this season, currently tied for fourth in the league and competing for a double bye in their own right. They went undefeated in non-conference play, which is why they’re currently projected as a 2-seed in the Big Dance.
After starting his career hot against Tennessee, Alabama head coach Nate Oats has been plagued by the Vols as of late. Alabama has lost to Tennessee in each of the last three meetings, including being swept last season, the last win coming early in the 2021-22 conference slate.
Alabama last won in Knoxville during the 2020-21 season, but that was when crowd capacities were limited due to COVID-19. The Crimson Tide’s last win in Knoxville against full crowds came back in 2015.
The game will tip off at 3 p.m. CT and will air on ESPN.
