According to the Southeastern Conference league office, the start time will be at 7 p.m. CT on Oct. 9, and the game will air on CBS. This will only be the second night name for Alabama so far this season.
This will be the 14th meeting between these two teams, with the first matchup dating back to 1942. So far, Alabama holds a significant advantage in the series, winning 11 of the 13 matchups. In addition, the Tide have never lost in College Station.

Since Texas A&M joined the SEC in 2012, Alabama is 8-1 against the Aggies with those eight wins coming consecutively. A&M is currently ranked as a top-15 team, however, so it will be a difficult matchup on the road regardless.
Before that game can happen, Alabama has a home contest lined up against Ole Miss this Saturday. Kickoff time for that game will be at 2:30 p.m. CT and will also air on CBS.
Stay tuned for more information on both of those matchups over the next couple of weeks.
