Under Armour All-America Recruiting Central

The 2023 Under Armour All-America game will kick off on January 3 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) in Orlando, Florida at Camping World Stadium. Practices will take place at Disney’s Wide World of Sports.

Alabama is well represented in the game that has featured former stars such as Julio Jones, Amari Cooper. Marlon Humphrey, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Jerry Jeudy, Landon Collins and many more!

Desmond Ricks, five-star cornerback from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, signed with Alabama on December 22. The decision ultimately came down between Alabama and LSU. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders attempted to get involved in the race for the elite athlete.

“It’s definitely hard to turn down,” said Ricks, the No. 20 overall prospect and No. 2 cornerback in the 2023 On3 Consensus. “With him calling me so late towards my decision, it was like in the beginning of December and I had to commit towards the end of the December. So it was just kind of too late getting out there and all that.”
