Sights, sounds from Alabama's preseason practice No. 17
The Alabama football team was back on the field on Wednesday afternoon for practice No. 17 of fall camp. The Crimson Tide held a two-hour session in full pads on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields as they continue their preparations for the upcoming 2023 season.
Wednesday’s session was No. 17 of 20 preseason practices leading up to the first game week of the year. Alabama will kick off its 2023 football schedule on Saturday, Sept. 2 when it hosts Middle Tennessee State at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.

Alabama will be back on the practice field on Thursday afternoon. Before that though, the media will have a chance to speak to a couple of the players after talking to head coach Nick Saban on Wednesday. Stay tuned for more updates from the team here at BOL.
