Sights, sounds from Alabama's Tuesday practice of the bye week
The Alabama football team once again took the field on Tuesday for a bye week practice after beating Tennessee 34-20 on Saturday. The Crimson Tide held a two-hour session in full pads on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields as they attempt to get healthy and ready for the final four-game stretch of the regular season.
Below, we’ve included a photo gallery from Alabama’s latest practice session, courtesy of UA Athletics. There will also be practice footage added once it’s been made available, so be sure to check back in periodically.
*** Editor’s note: Tuesday’s practice was closed to reporters.
Alabama will return to the practice field on Wednesday afternoon, but before that practice, we’ll get to speak with Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban on the weekly SEC Teleconference. We’ll also talk to UA players at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, so stay tuned for updates on that. Then starting next week, the team will begin its regular game-week preparations for the LSU Tigers.
