Sights, sounds from Alabama's sixth fall camp practice
The Alabama football team took the field on Wednesday afternoon for its sixth practice of fall camp. The Crimson Tide held its first two-hour workout in full pads on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields as they continue their preparations for the upcoming 2023 season.
Wednesday’s session marked the sixth of 20 preseason practices leading up to the first game week of the year. Alabama will kick off its 2023 football schedule on Saturday, Sept. 2 when it hosts Middle Tennessee State at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network.

Alabama will return to the field on Thursday evening for its for its first night practice of fall camp. Before that session gets underway, the media will have an opportunity to speak to Nick Saban on Wednesday afternoon for the first time since Media Day on Sunday. Stay tuned for more updates on that press conference.
