Tyler Booker named second-team All-American by Walter Camp
One Alabama player was named to the Walter Camp All-America Team on Thursday.
While no Crimson Tide player was tabbed as a first-team All-American, junior offensive guard Tyler Booker represented the Alabama program as a second-team honoree.
Walter Camp is one of five outlets that determine consensus All-Americans, along with the Associated Press, American Football Coaches Association, Football Writers Association of America and Sporting News. If three of the organizations select a player to their first team, he earns consensus honors. If a player is named by all five, he is a unanimous selection.
Because no player was recognized as a first-team All-American by the Walter Camp Football Foundation, Alabama will not have a unanimous All-American for the second year in a row.
The complete 2024 Walter Camp All-America team is listed below.
