WATCH: Thoughts from Alabama's first fall camp scrimmage, Fan Day practice
Alabama spent the weekend practicing inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. On Saturday, the Crimson Tide participated in its first scrimmage of the preseason where it worked through 102 plays in its home turf. Then on Sunday, Alabama held an open practice for fans to attend, which included a chance for them to Yea Alabama members to get autographs on the field.
Halfway through the preseason, these two opportunities allowed us to learn a lot about the 2024 Tide, whether with our own eyes or via sources. On an off day, BamaOnLine staff members Charlie Potter and Jimmy Stein recap a football-filled weekend in Tuscaloosa.
