Where Alabama is ranked in national polls after win over Vanderbilt

Alabama picked up its fourth straight win on Saturday, beating a top-20 Vanderbilt team according to both national polls 30-14 at home.

Another ranked win on the resume, combined with some other losses from teams ranked ahead of the Crimson Tide, resulted in a rise in the polls. The US LBM Coaches Poll moved Alabama up from No. 11 to No. 8, and the AP moved the team up from No. 10 to No. 8.

The Crimson Tide (4-1, 2-0 SEC) will hit the road take on No. 14 Missouri at Farout Field this weekend. The Tigers are currently undefeated on the season (5-0, 1-0 SEC) and are coming off a bye week.

Four of Alabama’s seven remaining opponents are currently ranked, including Missouri, No. 12 Tennessee, No.11 LSU and No. 6 Oklahoma.

Kickoff between Alabama and Missouri is set for 11 a.m. CT on Saturday and will air on ABC.
