Where Alabama is ranked in the polls entering Week 10

Alabama bounced back and got a massive win over the weekend, pounding then-No. 21 Missouri in shutout fashion, winning 34-0.
The win moved Kalen DeBoer‘s team to 6-2 on the season, with a 3-2 record in the SEC. It was a must-win contest, keeping the Crimson Tide’s hopes alive for the College Football Playoff as the final month of the regular season will arrive this week.
Alabama rose slightly in the polls this week, rising one spot to No. 14 in both the Coaches Poll and the AP Poll.

That ranking makes the Crimson Tide the 5th-highest ranked SEC team, trailing No. 2 Georgia, No. 6 Texas, No. 7 Tennessee and No. 10/11 Texas A&M, while ahead of No. 16 LSU, No 18/19 Ole Miss and No. 23/25 Missouri.
Alabama is now on a bye week, with two weeks to prepare for a road trip to face No. 16 LSU in a de facto College Football Playoff elimination game.
