Why we like O.J. Howard signing with the Bills

After five seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, former Alabama tight end O.J. Howard has signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills. Adam Schefter with ESPN reports that the deal is worth $3.5 million. There are also incentives attached that could push the total to $5 million after the dust settles.
