Tim Watts has worked for BamaOnLine since 2001 and has served as the publisher of the biggest and best fan site and community covering the Crimson Tide since 2006. First hired at Rivals, Watts also served as the national basketball recruiting director and led the multimedia for camps and the Southeast along with his BOL duties. BOL then moved to 247Sports and Watts bought the website from founder Shannon Terry, the CEO and Founder of On3. Watts and BOL joined Terry as soon as they could at his newest venture, and both are excited about the potential their third partnership will bring.

Andrew Bone joins On3 as the senior recruiting editor after more than a decade at Rivals. Bone has covered Alabama football recruiting for 21 years, including stints at The Tuscaloosa News/TideSports and Scout.com. Bone is a seasoned veteran in this industry, and his knowledge of Alabama recruiting is worth the price of admission. He will also share thoughts and provide a weekly column on the football team during the season. His book, The Road to ‘Bama, chronicles the recruiting journey of several former Crimson Tide greats including Lee Roy Jordan, Cornelius Bennett, DeMeco Ryans, Trent Richardson and Tua Tagovailoa.

Charlie Potter joins On3 as the Senior Team Writer after nine years at 247Sports. Potter has covered Alabama football and men’s basketball for more than a decade, dating back to his time as a student journalist, and will continue to provide constant and consistent Crimson Tide coverage from press conferences and press boxes around the South and beyond year-round.

He covered Florida and Ohio State for Rivals.com before recently reporting on the Clemson Tigers for On3. Hastings has covered local government and worked for the ESPN radio affiliate in Gainesville, Florida
