1 visit remains before OL Drew Bobo makes decision
Drew Bobo is getting close to making his decision.
Very close.
The offensive lineman from Auburn (Ala.) High plans to visit Georgia on Saturday, which will be his final visit before announcing a commitment.
“I’m close,” Bobo said. “I’m going to the Georgia-South Carolina game on Saturday and then I’ll make my decision sometime after that. I’ll talk to my parents and try and decide.”
Bobo familiar with Auburn, commits
Bobo’s finalists include Auburn, Georgia and Kentucky. He visited Auburn each of the past two weekends where he spent time talking with several Auburn commitments, including quarterback Holden Geriner, running back Damari Alston and high school teammate Powell Gordon.
“The commits are recruiting me pretty hard,” Bobo said. “They talk to me a bunch. They text me and talk to me at games.”

Bobo said he could see himself joining them at Auburn.
“Definitely,” he said. “I really like the town, the people and the recruits. It’s like a family with all of the commits.”
Commitment date forthcoming?
Bobo, who could project at any of the five offensive line positions in college, will know more about his commitment date following the Georgia visit.
“I’m not really sure about a specific date or anything,” Bobo said. “I’ll just say that I’m going to announce.”
Bobo has not set any official visits.
