2024 4-star DL Jeremiah Beaman returns to Auburn, impressed with win
Four-star defensive lineman Jeremiah Beaman, who is one of the top overall recruits in the 2024 class, was in Auburn on Saturday for the Tigers’ season opener against Mercer.
Beaman, from Parker in Birmingham, Ala., was impressed with Auburn’s 42-16 win.
“It was very exciting,” Beaman said. “A lot of big plays happened. It was a huge crowd and the majority were Auburn fans. They love their Tigers. They show up and show out.”
Beaman kept a close eye on Auburn transfer defensive lineman Jayson Jones. The two train together at Step By Step Sports Training in Birmingham.
“They are doing huge things, especially my guy on defense, No. 99 Jayson Jones. He’s like my big brother,” Beaman said. “He tells me a lot about their work ethic and how Coach Brumbaugh coaches them, the things they work on and stuff like that.
