Four-star linebacker Lewis Carter has locked in an official visit to Auburn.
Carter, from Tampa (Fla.) Catholic, will be in Auburn June 17-19.
“I will be there,” Carter said.
It will be Carter’s first visit to Auburn, according to his On3 recruiting page. Carter already has taken an official visit to North Carolina.
“Clemson, Georgia, Oklahoma, Oregon, Ohio State, Florida, and USC are some others I am looking at,” Carter told On3’s Chad Simmons. “I am still trying to figure out who I will visit.”

Carter plans to make his decision before the start of his senior season.
“I want to get as many visits as I can in, in June, then commit around August,” Carter told On3. “I am looking for playing time, a school that welcomes me, a coaching staff that needs me, and a great environment to play in.”
Carter is the No. 160 overall recruit in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally-weighted, industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks the No. 10 linebacker in the country and No. 33 recruit in Florida.
