Auburn football roster reset: Cornerbacks

AUBURN -- Like the safety position, the cornerback position for Auburn will feature a lively competition throughout spring and summer. Eight (maybe nine, read below) scholarship corners will hit the fields to start spring camp. One more freshman will arrive this summer. 60 tackles and three interceptions are gone, but there's plenty of promise that remains. Led by Wesley McGriff, who briefly left the program on his way to Texas A&M before turning around and coming back, it's an exciting group that could unquestionably develop into a team strength.
