Next up, the Tigers welcome Cal to town on September 7. The game will kickoff at 2:30 pm CT on ESPN2 and is a “Wear White” game.

And in week three, Auburn will host New Mexico on September 14 (not to be confused with New Mexico State…). The game will kickoff at 6:30 pm CT on ESPN2 or ESPNU and is a “Wear Navy” game.

Following three non-conference games to start the season, Auburn will start SEC play with Arkansas at home on September 21 before hosting conference newcomer Oklahoma on September 28.

Following a five-game home stand to start the season, Auburn travels to Georgia on October 5, travels to Missouri on October 19 after a week off, goes to Kentucky on October 26, hosts Vanderbilt on November 2, hosts UL-Monroe on November 16 following a second week off, before closing out the season with Texas A&M at home on November 23 and traveling to Alabama on November 30.

The last time Auburn went 4-0 in non-conference play was the 2019 season, defeating Oregon, Tulane, Kent State and Samford. The 2020 season featured conference games only. In 2021 and 2022, Auburn lost to Penn State, and in 2023, Auburn lost to New Mexico State.

The Tigers are looking to win more than six regular season games this fall for the first time since the 2019 season, having won six, six, five and six regular season games over the past four seasons. Notable, the 2020 season featured only 10 games due to Covid, and all were SEC games.
