Auburn offensive guard Keiondre Jones to enter NCAA transfer portal
Auburn junior offensive lineman Keiondre Jones has announced he will enter the transfer portal per his twitter account.
Jones started several games at guard during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. He dealt with injuries on and off during that time. He did not start in 2022, but was in a constant rotation with other guards.
Jones did not rule out returning to Auburn in his social media post. Here is what Jones wrote in his announcement.
Thank you to all my coaches during my time at Auburn and all my old heads there for keeping me in the fight when I felt like I didn’t belong (y’all know who y’all are). With that being said I will enter my name into the transfer portal. This is the toughest decision I have ever had to make, but I have to do what is best for me and my family. This does not count out Auburn. They will be at the top of my list pending coaching staff and their interest. Either way I will always be and continue to strive to exemplify what being an Auburn man truly means.
