AUBURN — Auburn remains No. 2 in the latest AP poll.

The Tigers received 21 first-place votes to No. 1 Tennessee’s 41.

For three weeks now, the Tigers have almost reached No. 1 for the first time since the 2021-22 season. Auburn spent three weeks at No. 1 that season.

Auburn is also No. 1 according to reputable computer ratings: KenPom, ESPN’s Basketball Power Index, Torvik, EvanMiya and the NCAA’s NET rankings among others. Auburn’s six Quad I wins are three more than anyone else in college basketball.

The Tigers came in at No. 2 in the USA Today Coaches’ poll.

The Tigers’ four ranked non-conference wins this season match the total of non-conference ranked wins in the history of the program before previously.
