4-star OL Shamurad Umarov schedules visit for A-Day game
Auburn will be hosting its annual A-Day game this Saturday Apr. 9. With the live action scrimmage comes fans and recruits. For many recruits this will at least be an idea of what an Auburn game day looks like. So, guys who have not been to any games will more than likely make it over. That is the case for 4-star OL Shamurad Umarov.
Umarov will be making his first recorded visit to Auburn. He is not far from Auburn’s campus over in the Atlanta area. Auburn hopes to make a move with the big OL prospect.
The Umarov File
Umarov is a 6-foot-6 290-pound OL from Denmark, Georgia. He attend the up-and-coming Denmark High School which is a new development. During the Under Armour Next Camp in Alpharetta, Ga. (which was held at Denmark High School), Umarov was a standout both with his frame and his performance.
Umarov claims many top offers. Some of those schools include Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Ole Miss, LSU, and Miami among others.

He has not yet named a top group of schools, but some of the schools that look to be in the running would be Virginia Tech, Michigan State, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Auburn.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Georgia and Tennessee are at the top with percentages of 26.9% chance of landing him right now. Auburn will slightly cut into that lead with the visit this weekend.
