Basketball report card: Auburn cruises past UNC Asheville behind balanced offensive attack

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- It was a bit of a slow start for Auburn on the offensive end, falling behind by two points nearly 10 minutes into the first half. But, the Tigers' balance and depth kicked in, leading to a 20-6 run to end the first half and a 12-point halftime lead. Similar to the Indiana game, Auburn carried the momentum into the second half, extended their lead and cruised to a comfortable 23-point win of UNC Asheville. Similar to Indiana, a relatively slow start was completely erased by Auburn courtesy of an extended, monster run n that blew the game wide open.
