AUBURN -- Three days after a tough season-opening loss to ranked Baylor, the Auburn basketball team returned home and righted the ship in an impressive way. The Tigers took care of Southland Conference favorite Southeastern Louisiana in front a nearly capacity crowd on Friday night inside Neville Arena. Final: Tigers 84, Lions 69. The win gives Bruce Pearl 174 career wins on the Plains and moves him into third place on the all-time wins list among head basketball coaches at Auburn behind Joel Eaves (213) and Cliff Ellis (186).
