BIG CAT COMMIT: Georgia OL Parker Pritchett commits to Auburn
Carver (Columbus, Ga.) interior offensive lineman Parker “Dooly” Pritchett has committed to Auburn.
Pritchett, who is ranked a three-star recruit, announced his decision Saturday on social media. His announcement comes hours after leaving the Tigers’ Big Cat recruiting event.
“It’s home here,” he said. “It’s always been home here. I’ve known ever since I came up here.
“I’ve always known (Auburn is) home.”
Pritchett chose Auburn over Georgia, Florida and Mississippi State, among others.
“I’m coming back home,” he said.
Pritchett’s relationship with Jake Thornton played a part in his decision.
“Coach Thornton is a smart coach and he coaches hard,” he said. “That is good to see. I talk to him every other day. It’s been great. We are tight.”
Pritchett is the seventh commitment in Auburn’s 2026 class and first offensive lineman.
