Brief thoughts and grades: No. 9 Duke over No. 2 Auburn

DURHAM, N.C. -- First, that is one of the wildest environments I've ever been a part of. ESPN said it was the largest contingent of Cameron Crazies for a non-conference game ever at Duke. That's incredible. I give Auburn a lot of credit for hanging tough and coming back. They made too many mistakes and they are too good defensively to only force four turnovers and allow 84 points, but this wasn't a lost night. This team, hopefully, will learn from this experience. They folded under the pressure at times, but they also got off the mat and had their chance to win late. Auburn lost and still remained at No. 1 in the KenPom ratings. Purdue and Ohio State remain before the gauntlet that is the SEC starts. This season will feel like multiple seasons put into one. Hang tight, long way to go.
