Road wins in the SEC won't come easy, no matter how good you are. No. 2 Auburn led by 21 points at Texas, but led by only three with 33 seconds left. The Tigers knocked down four free throws in the last 17 seconds to claim the win, and Bruce Pearl will take it. "Texas is a dangerous team. I'm glad we don't have to play them again, at least in the regular season... Road wins against the better teams in the league — they're not going to be many of those," Pearl said. Auburn improves to 14-1 on the season and could be No. 1 in the next AP poll with a win at South Carolina on Saturday after No. 1 Tennessee lost by 30 points at No. 8 Florida on Tuesday night. The win at Texas marked Auburn's seventh Quad I win of the season. That's two more than Oregon and Marquette for the most in college basketball.
