Auburn guard Chance Westry plans to enter the transfer portal, he told On3.
The 6-foot-6, 190-pound freshman appeared in only 11 games this season (2.5 PPG) and opted to redshirt. Westry underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in October.
Auburn finished the season with an overall record of 21-13.
Westry is a former four-star recruit and was the No. 38 overall player in the nation from the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
