Football report card: Auburn wins third straight, dominates Arkansas on the road

For the fourth consecutive time and fifth time in six games, Auburn football traveled to Arkansas and came away with a victory. The Tigers scored 21 points in the first quarter and never looked back on the way to a 41-3 blowout win. Auburn has scored 30+ points in 10 of their last 11 games against Arkansas. More importantly, the Tigers are now bowl eligible in Year One under Hugh Freeze. That's six wins and counting for a team projected by most to win five, maybe six games this season. With a win against New Mexico State, the Tigers will take seven wins into the Iron Bowl. That hasn't happened since 2019. This series has been a back-and-forth type affair over the last 25 years. From 1998 to 2002, Arkansas won four of five matchups. Auburn answered with three straight wins from 2003-2005. Then, from 2006 to 2012, Arkansas answered by winning five of seven matchups.
