Kentucky DT Jamarrion Harkless commits to Auburn
Three-star defensive tackle Jamarrion Harkless has committed to Auburn.
Harkless, from Frederick Douglass in Lexington, Ky., informed Auburn on Sunday of his decision.
“I talked to coach (Jimmy) Brumbaugh and told him I’m committed,” Harkless told Auburn Live. “I want to come to Auburn.”
Harkless’s commitment comes one week after leaving an official visit to the Plains.
“It feels great to commit,” Harkless said. “I see what Auburn has building and also the new facilities. I can see that this program is going back to where it was. I just want to be a part of.”
Harkless on Saturday watched as Auburn fell to Penn State, 41-12.
“I know I can help,” he said.
