Kickoff time, TV set for Auburn to return home vs Arkansas

AUBURN- After two away games and a bye week, Auburn will return to Jordan-Hare Stadium.

On October 29, 2022, Auburn plays the Arkansas Razorbacks at 11 a.m. CT on SEC Network. This will be the Tigers’ third game in the 11 o’clock time slot.

Both teams are currently 1-3 in SEC play and at the bottom of the SEC West rankings. Auburn leads the overall record against Arkansas, 19-11, with one tie. This game is an important one for the Tigers as they seek to reach seven wins in order to make a bowl game.

The Tigers’ largest win against the Razorbacks was within the current six-game win streak in 2016, when Auburn won 46-3 at home.

Head coach Sam Pittman is in just his third season at Arkansas and has never defeated Auburn. This past season, the Razorbacks finished with a 9-4 record, 4-4 SEC. Arkansas has three away games in the month of October, Auburn being the last. Both team will have a bye week leading up to this matchup.

The Rest of the SEC

Let’s take a look at the rest of the SEC matchups for week nine.

There will be two games following Auburn’s on SEC Network, starting with Missouri at South Carolina at 3 p.m. CT. The final of the three game will be No. 7 Ole Miss at Texas A&M at 6:30 p.m. CT.

The 2:30 p.m. CT primetime CBS matchup for week nine is the No. 1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs rivalry game against the Florida Gators at the neutral stadium, TIAA Bank Field, in Jacksonville, Florida.

The one ESPN game for the SEC will be at 6 p.m. CT when No. 19 Kentucky travels to No. 3 Tennessee.
