COMMITMENT: Maryland transfer LB Caleb Wheatland commits to Auburn
Maryland transfer linebacker Caleb Wheatland has committed to Auburn.
Wheatland, who has one year of eligibility remaining, announced his decision on social media. His decision comes soon after leaving an official visit to Auburn.
Wheatland played three seasons at Maryland. He finished his career with the Terrapins with 100 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, three pass breakups and a fumble recovery. His best season came in 2024 when he finished with 42 tackles, seven tackles for loss and four sacks.
