Official Visit Q&A with Auburn safety commitment Terrance Love
Four-star safety Terrance Love was in Auburn this weekend on an official visit.
Love, from Hughes in Fairburn, Ga., arrived on campus Friday night and stayed until Sunday afternoon.
Here’s what Love had to say about his official visit.
On helping Auburn recruit the 2023 class…
“I take it very serious. We just landed another commitment today (Jamarrion Harkless). I’d been talking to him the whole weekend. We went out and had a good time. All the guys that came down here. I’m going to be at pretty much every home game talking to the biggest recruits because we need guys. As you can see, we need guys to come in and change it.”

Message to recruits?
“My message to them is things aren’t going well so far, but we are the ones who can come in and change it. Auburn is always going to be Auburn. People think I’m going to de-commit because they lost to Penn State big, but I love Auburn besides the game. I love everything else about this place and Auburn loves me back.”
The coaches’ message to recruits after the game?
“We gotta get players in who can lead and get Auburn back to where it used to be.”
Who are some recruits that you’re recruiting?
“I got Adam Hopkins. I’m talking to Kayin Lee and Marcellius Pullim a little bit. I also talked to DaKaari Nelson … a lot of guys.”
