AUBURN -- Texas A&M has owned the series with Auburn in recent years, but Bruce Pearl and Auburn righted that ship on Tuesday night. It was physical and slow at times, but the Tigers executed well and rose to the challenge, beating the Aggies 66-55 inside a packed Neville Arena. Pearl tied Cliff Ellis for second place in all-time wins with 186 as Auburn basketball coach. Jaylin Williams led Auburn in scoring with 22 points, followed by KD Johnson with 14 and Johni Broome with 10. Broome and Williams both grabbed seven rebounds in the win.
