Reframing the Auburn OL picture heading into the season opener
AUBURN -- The starting Auburn offensive line appeared set as fall camp rolled on, but things changed about two weeks ago when Hugh Freeze expressed some concern at two positions. On August 16, Freeze called the O-line his "biggest worry" on the offense. His concern centered around the left side of the line, at both the tackle and guard positions. Senior Percy Lewis was brought in from Mississippi State to play tackle, so junior Dillon Wade could move down to a more natural position at guard. Freeze said then that the coaching staff was still trying to find the best place for Wade, and sources told Auburn Live that Lewis was struggling some at tackle. So, 12 days later, where do things stand?
